After months of development the demo for Ashen Vale: Where They Fell is now live.
This isn’t just a slice of gameplay — it’s the opening descent into the nightmare. The demo places you in the boots of Yuna Sato, an archaeologist pulled into the mystery surrounding a lost village and a pit that should never have been uncovered. You’ll explore ancient tunnels, witness the fractured past, and get a feel for the psychological horror that defines the full experience.
Creating this demo has been a journey of careful restraint. The goal wasn’t to throw players into chaos, but to let the unease grow, Horror that lingers — not just jumps.
What’s included in the demo:
A self-contained nightmare sequence
Environmental storytelling and hidden lore
Supernatural elements that foreshadow the village’s curse
A small taste of what's coming in the full release
This is just the beginning. If you play it — thank you. If you share it — thank you even more. Feedback is everything right now, and I’m excited (and terrified) to hear what you all think.
