Dead End Update 2
Update 2 is live!
This is a small update to address some of the difficulty concerns with the game. Further tweaks have been made to smooth out the difficulty curve.
Changes:
- Spawn frequency now takes 11 minutes to reach "very hard" difficulty (was previously 9 minutes)
- Turret upgrades no longer share an upgrade timer. This means that upgrading damage, for example, will only increase the duration for the subsequent damage upgrade, NOT the other upgrades.
- Max Rate of Fire has been increased to 1200 RPM
- Max Rate of Fire Level has been increased from 9 to 15
- Accuracy has been replaced with Crit Chance
- Max Pierce Chance has been increased from 75% to 100%
- Max Pierce Chance Level has been increased from 9 to 10
In addition to rebalancing the difficulty, the leaderboard has been updated to show the top 100 scores!
