Happy Cirno day!
Changelist:
- Improved aiming reticle: inner part of reticle now shows exactly where the tank's gun is pointed
- Updated Cirno's passive to include increased ramming damage
- Updated stage music (exaggeration / quickness / sincerity) to extended version (originally released in Touhou Jam Jams album)
- Added options menu for changing resolution in-game
- Added menu and drifting SFX
- Added enemy bullet impact VFX
- Adjusted level collision geometry to be more precise
- Fixed issue where main menu load triggered repeatedly (resulting in scene stuttering for 5+ seconds depending on hardware)
- Fixed issue where tank turrets could continue to rotate when game paused
