Hey everyone!
After months of experimenting, modeling, testing, and tweaking, I'm really excited to finally release the Modular Architectural Kit.
This pack was born from a simple idea:
“What if I could build detailed architectural scenes quickly and without redoing the same geometry over and over?”
As a game developer and 3D tool creator, I often found myself stuck between two extremes:
✅ Assets that looked great but were too heavy for real-time use
🚫 Or ones that were game-ready but too limited or generic to feel unique.
So I decided to build my own.
This pack includes 40 modular pieces—walls, doors, windows, roofs, balconies, and more.
Everything is designed to snap together easily, whether you're blocking out a level, building an outdoor street scene, or prototyping an architectural idea.
All assets are:
Low-poly and performance-optimized
PBR-ready (with 4K Albedo, Normal, and Roughness/Displacement maps)
Compatible with Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, and more
Mapped to a single material for efficient rendering
📊 For the curious:
Total vertices: 18,332
Total faces: 14,039
Average per asset: ~450 verts / ~350 faces
Highest poly mesh: 2,858 verts
This was my first time building a modular kit of this scale, and I learned a lot along the way. Clean topology, proper pivot placement, and UV mapping became daily rituals.
One of the trickiest parts?
Balancing detail and modularity—making sure each piece worked well on its own, but also felt natural when repeated or combined.
I kept the aesthetic relatively neutral on purpose, so you can adapt it to different settings: urban, historical, stylized, or realistic. You’re in control.
Indie devs who need fast level-building tools
Archviz artists wanting flexibility with clean geometry
Game designers prototyping outdoor environments
VR creators needing lightweight but detailed assets
I’d love to see how you use this kit—whether it’s for a game, a personal project, or a visual concept.
If you have feedback, ideas, or even bugs to report, feel free to message me here or on social media.
Also, if you’ve built your own modular kits before, I’d love to hear what worked for you—I’m always looking to improve.
Thanks for checking out the Modular Architectural Kit!
Hope it helps speed up your workflow and inspires new scenes 🌇
