1.5 update with channel points

New trigger Channel Points Redeemed has been added.

How to update:

1. Back up any custom buttons or commands in the premade Kick deck in SAMMI.
2. Download the updated Kick_1.5.sef file.
3. Install the extension. When SAMMI asks you to replace it, press yes. When SAMMI asks you to replace the deck, press yes.
4. You’re back in business!
