Minor Bug Fix - v1.05

Small update to fix a few bugs:

• Fixes the Bowlour (Tutorial level) star not triggering unlocks correctly.
  If you have previously collected the star and not received unlocks, go to the Unlocks>Data>Achievements menu and scroll through to retrigger.
• Smoothed out the lane loading process to prevent getting stuck on a white screen and other issues related to restarting a lane.
