Patch 0.3.0

The version 0.3.0 is available.

-Added an option to spawn in front of the patient.
-The patient is moving towards the bed when asked to lay down.
-The UI scales automatically when changing the resolution.
-The character creation UI is also scaling.
-Increased the range of the stethoscope use.
