Kanohi - Appendix 1 added to zip

Updated the zip file with Kanohi material. New is Appendix I: Roads and Travel. It is a 2-page addition about the roads and general information about traveling on them. This appendix is now added to all three published countries so far, and will be included in the main material for all the future countries.
