Playtest Converted to Quickstart

To prepare for the forthcoming full release of the game, we've changed this from a playtest to a quickstart and uploaded the updated rules. No content has been removed, though there shouldn't be too much new content here to check out from the playtest version. Most of the playtesting resulted in new additions which are reflected in the full rules.
