Save and Load Settings

You can now set settings for each file! This shoud make exprting specific settings much easier.

• The following settings will be saved and loaded for each export type (PNG, GIF, Spritesheet)
  • Enable/Disable 
  • Split layers and / or animations
  • Scale
  • Export directory name
  • File name formats
• To Save, Click "Save Settings" at the bottom and save the file. 
• Load Settings is automatic, so the button isn't very useful at the moment.
• Load Defaults will reset the saved settings to the extension's default settings. You can still load your saved settings by NOT saving the file and re-opening the file. (Just in case you pressed this by mistake)

Note: You MUST save the file for the settings to save on that file after clicking "Save Settings". This is intended just in case you did not mean to pverwrite your export settings or if you want to set different settings for an export but be able to go back to your saved export settings after.

Improved layout on tabs

I made it so that you can now see which export formats are enabled/disabled by looking for the checkmark or x on the tab.
