Minor Updates to Core Rulebook and File Organization

Just made some Quality updates to the Core Rulebook including 

• Fixing an error on the Skills/Lockpicking section
• Added blurbs to Hit Points and Damage sections pointing to the availability of Advanced Rule Variants
• Added in the Instant Death rule under Death Saves
• Adjusted the Advanced Play Variants section Advanced Damage Values for easier readability

I also reorganized the Zip File to have folders for better organization and included the Bestiary and Solo Rules in the main download.
