A small update to fix some missing "help" content:
Added a crucial missing glyph to pause screen (whoops!),
Moved the pause glyphs slightly, to better see past them,
Increased the brightness of the red control panel glyphs so that they're easier to see,
Added a rotation option for cow in pause screen (360 = opposite).
