Project ASS - Quality of Life [B1.2]
Welcome to another balance update!
There are bugs that have been fixed, and things that have been rebalanced. Check them out here! This is not a major update in any way, this is just meant to fix some loose ends. :)
Changes
- Secret character now has revamped card art
- Added Discord RPC to Windows build
Balance Changes
- Jack now starts with a slightly different count of cards
- Made cards cost less and relics more (on average) in the shop
- Buffed Frenzy card (0 damage 3 times) -> (1 damage 3 times)
- Nerfed Harvest (12 damage, gain 2 energy) -> (11 damage, gain 2 energy)
- Nerfed Resistance (8 block, gain 1 defense) -> (7 block, gain 1 defense)
- Nerfed Sharpen (1 cost, 2 bleed/attack) -> (2 cost, 2 bleed/attack)
- Nerfed Sliminion enemy (20 health) -> (15 health)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug where Catastrophe card description was displayed incorrectly
- Fixed bug where the player could quit the game after showing their deck/journal to be stuck on the title screen
- Fixed bug where settings menu was layered incorrectly with screen fade
- Fixed bug where settings menu "Quit Game" button could be reset with Escape
- Fixed bug where the player could get stuck on the map if no possible encounters were found
- Fixed bug where battle text showed over the health bar rather than the enemy
- Fixed bug where Crippled status effect could make cards show negative damage
- Fixed bug where the shop price was red if the player had the exact amount of money
- Fixed bug where, very rarely, the incorrect amount of cards could be poisoned
