Notes for 2.80

A great update!

Changes:

• Weather effects the characters elements. (Sunny boost fire, rain boost water, etc.)
• Add a new mission in Layer 3 to transfer player to the final Layer
• Added more characters to text cutscenes.
• Incines battle pic is different and the other will be used for the fusion.
• Stat fixes
• Bug fixes
• More OCs added
• Layer 3 almost finished with new maps added
• Updated guidebook
• West added to Meowber
