New features, improvements and fixes:

• Move toolbar has regular movement and Hold Position. Dwergs will stay in position unless affected by urgent needs.
• Stockpile tool buttons show counts of stockpiled items.
• Fix jobs not being done and crash bug when jobs were assigned on top of stockpile jobs.
• Fix Levels Control disappearing after resolution change
• Minor tutorial improvements
