The idea is to make a melee sidescroller, where you go through some regions and fight as many bosses as I can manage to make (hopefully more than one). The combat mechanics need to be refined, and I want to have a block/parry system
To align with the jam's theme, I want to add a story component, told through dialogue boxes. The player is a novice warrior who, with the sword of his recently deceased grandfather, sets off to conquer some enemy.
The final boss won't be the final enemy for the character, and hopefully, I can convey the theme of this gam,e telling just the start of a hero's story.
