Beam Saber V0.451
This is a small update. No rules have been changed, just some clarifications added. The biggest change is a new GM Principle.

FOR V0.451
- Moved the Introduction to
The Basics section.
- Clarified that Drives can't
end The War but CAN shift how or why it is fought.
- Added a new GM Principle:
"Make the Pilots feel small,
and the Vehicles feel POWERFUL."
- Clarified
in The Basics that the amount of Harm/Damage that is reduced or
negated by Armor depends on the tone of the campaign. Also that Armor
can only prevent Harm/Damage that would make fictional sense.
- Added
a small paragraph to Planning The Mission that explains that Vehicle
Load is selected at Vehicle creation.
- Did
a slight rewrite of the Setting section inside of The Basics.
