Patch notes version 0.1.2b

In this new version, I:

• Fixed various typing errors.
• Rebalanced enemies' stats.
  
• Rebalanced player stats.
• Rewritten part of the Code for the battle system.
• Added Options in the Main Menu.
• Fixed Bugs related to Code Instances.
• QoL improvements.

200,000 bugs were fixed, with a million more well on the way.
