A couple of clarifications & a character sheet!

Happy Thursday!

I made a couple of small clarifications (I hope) to the text and also put together a character sheet! Most of the space on the sheet is dedicated to marking strain, with spaces to put your dice to show how many dice are currently locked into strain. I do something like this when I run the game in person and I think it helps visualize and track character effectiveness easily.
