Web based two player game lobby

Just hacked in a 'ghetto' type game lobby that allows creating a lobby and others to join the lobby.  It's a little 'wanky', but generally here's how it goes.

You create a lobby and wait mark yourself ready.  Others at the lobby see available lobby and if they click, they join.  They should also make themselves as ready.  When 2 players are ready, the person that created the lobby clicks start and the game begins.   The 2nd player to join is red and goes first.

I may continue to enhance, perhaps add sound alert when people join your lobby or something, no guarantees.  I'll be sitting here for a few and see if someone pops in!
