Additions
- New Debug Mode, accessed by pressing the Context key (might not be available for everyone), previously used F1-F9 keys, but was very buggy and impractical.
- All upgrades now have a maximum upgrade level, indicated in the shop.
- You can now press X / SHIFT (B / CIRCLE on controller) to slow down during gameplay
- You can now press C / CTRL (X / SQUARE on controller) to parry projectiles (WIP, CAN BE BUGGY)
- With that, there’s a new “Parry Heal” upgrade in the shop, that increases amount of health healed when parrying (Current shop icon is temporary)
- New Sound Effects for: Throwing, Damaging enemies, Parrying & players getting hit
- New options: “Skip Intros & Disclaimers” (self explanatory), & “Damage & Cash Indicators” (Toggles whether killing or taking damage shows an animated indicator, Could improve performance)
Changes
- Volume sliders are now 0-10 instead of 0-100 to account for future implementation
- Players & Enemies now have unique sounds for taking damage (Little Cube doesn’t have any by intention)
- Changed the default enemy hit sound effect
- Made the accuracy laser thicker
Fixes
- Fixed mastering on the denied & explosion sound effects
- Fixed minor button selection bugs, like upgrades having a chance to be accidentally bought when pressing the Back button
- Fixed the Medkit item playing multiple sounds at once
- Applied some futureproofing fixes/changes to the button system
- Significantly optimised how sounds are loaded
