Here's a quick guide on how to get every ending in case you're stuck on one or the other.

Ending 1

Choose "Bite", then "Take the binding spell"

Ending 2

Choose "Don't Bite", then "Take the binding spell"

Ending 3

Choose "Bite", then "Destroy the binding spell"

Ending 4

Choose "Don't Bite", "Double Down" and "Destroy the binding spell"

Ending 5

Choose "Don't Bite", "Apologize" and "Destroy the binding spell"

(The second choice only matters for Endings 4 and 5)
