v.0.2.0 two small features

Time for another update, this time with 2 small features.

• At the end of a night, you will now see a small popup text that shows the best damage dealers in your army!
  • Along with this change, the tower info UI will now show not only the total damage done, but also the damage done in the previous night. Hopefully this gives you more insight on how your towers are performing!

• Re-implemented camera panning by holding middle mouse button and dragging the mouse. I removed this at some point, but found that players like using mouse drag for pan in addition to WASD controls.
• Various bug fixes
