The neverending fixes for the neverending Dino!

Dino's quest for his pillow continues to be polished and refined for the best experience possible.

• Fixed the frame rate problem that impacted Firefox 110+.
• Added Game controller support.
• Quitting a game (now) sets the selection arrow back to the 1st option.
• Found a minor problem where the hot room was causing a (different) slowdown.
• Spike cave BGM was fixed a little.
