Hi all! One last update to correct outstanding issues in the text (though some I sneakily fixed a few months ago). Also, the B&W PDF is back, and unfortunately Lulu raised prices on their end (so I removed the pricetags on this page because I don’t want to bother having to update them constantly). Thank y’all for your continued interest in this project :)
