Settings Menu, Shop Nerfs, and Quick Weapon Switching

Finally added a settings menu to the game, here are some new features added:

• settings menu as previously stated
• Option for fullscreen
• option for pixel perfect rendering (Experimental)
• Option for both music and sfx volume
• And another option that I forgot to add functionality to called "weapon selection direction"
• Quick Weapon Select functionality: use the number keys to quickly select a weapon and press space to confirm. (1 corresponds with the needle)
• Made some shop price changes:
• Needle endlag base cost reduced to 10 lemons
• Hammer speed base cost reduced to 20 lemons
• Golden chance cost reduced to 50 lemons
• permanent Laser Cannon reduced to 100 lemons
