Make post launch superjump only work toward active characters and not assists.
Make Proxy grab work only on current characters. Cannot proxy grab opponents that are performing moves or supers.
Cannot DHC into an assist if the assist is out already.
Cannot active tag if you are performing a super. Cannot active tag if you are in hitstun.
Lowered Knuckles 5mm hitstun
