This version simply fixes the save files of those who encountered the game-breaking bug during the "Milkshakes with Misa" quest that was present in version 0.06. If you've downloaded version 0.06.1 and haven't yet gotten to this quest then it's not nescessary for you to download this version. Of course, you can if you want to.
