Quest Descriptor Command fix (v2.0.2)

While I'm prepping the plugin for some fixes and features, tinribs26 brought to my attention that the "Edit Quest Descriptor" command wasn't acting ok.

Sadly a typo broke the command and then a misplaced code line would break it!

All fixed now!

VERSION 2.0.2:

•  Corrected a typo that would block the "Edit Quest Descriptor" command,  thanks to tinribs26 for the report!
• Also correct a misplaced code line that would crash the above command when launched
