v2.1 mini-update
This update mostly consists of bugfixes and nerfs, but it's nothing drastic to actually hinder the experience.
- insect colony money nerf (still large)
- reintroduced actual crafting levels (quite leniently)
- removed some stuff from engineer blueprint pool (mostly mk2 capitals)
- adjustments to stats and builds as usual
- longer cooldown for rechargeable worm tails
- adjusted manipulator quest requirements
- added STL to lvl100+ perk
- rebalanced Terdantex and moved their faction distance
- small colossal armor is now 3x3
- some of the new small weapons now go in any slot
- lower base reclaiming quests chance
- more complex base reinforcements on capture fail
- more cosmetic reworks
