Public build 0.21.1.b (Saphura Dungeon fix)

Edit: I made a new build that should fix the characters blocking the way to Saphura in the dungeon.

I tried to fix the bugs in the Saphura throne room in the dungeon itself and the rewatch rooms. I hope this fixes it.

You need to unrar/unzip the files for the saves to work. Zip and Rar files can't be modified so that's why saves won't work if you don't  unzip/unrar them.

For the sake of back-up I recommend keeping the old build just in case, don't merge this build with the old one.

To bring your saves to this build go to the folders "small on top/www" and copy the save folder there. And paste it into the "small on top/www" folder of this new build.
