Convertophile 1.0

We're calling this version 1.0,. Because why not? I squashed the most notable bugs and added the most missing features.

• Fixed FFplay so it no longer gets stuck on mute
• Fixed option footers from not refreshing
• Improved option validation interface
• Double click drop boxes to browse file explorer! The stubborn developer no longer forces you to use drag & drop!
• Convertophile can now be opened with a file argument:
  • By using the terminal (./Convertophile.exe "video/file/path")
  • Or by dragging the file onto the executable (for whatever reason you may want to do that)
• And finally, a settings menu has been added to associate file extensions with Convertophile (i.e. add Convertophile to the "Open With" menu).

I hope you enjoy these fixes and features! You can expect another update from me in the ambiguously distant future. I plan to add audio and image conversion.
