Hello folks!
It is I, Van Hohlsinn. And I bring you todays update. It comes with 2 new guns that you can find throughout the run and some changes and improvements to the game.
Lets take a look!
A gun that can be found in deeper dive levels that will zap its projectiles through multiple enemies and cause damage this way. It is perfect to lighten dense crowds of enemies.
Which does not mean that I added a person or something. It’s another gun. And I kind of made it just for me. Because I can’t aim, you see. And with this gun - I don’t need to aim.
In fact, it is a lot better to shoot anywhere but at the enemy.
Projectiles will bounce off walls and hit enemies this way. The damage will increase with each bounce, if you can manage to land hits after multiple bounces!
Bounced projectiles also will knock back enemies.
Weapons will now stay with you in between dive levels.
So when entering a deeper level, you don’t have to collect all weapons again. Which should make early scavenger encounters a lot more manageable. But it also feels a whole lot less annoying.
Some loot items are now locked by dive level.
This mostly pertains to weapons. So you will not find the biggest and baddest weapons early on, you will have to look deeper down for them!
Shield items are now also locked by player health. So they will not drop when you’re full health.
Which seems minor but it never felt right to collect shields when you stand to gain nothign from them.
The ram ability will now grant speed boost when active. It will deal more damage and it will knock back enemies. Knocked back enemies that hit walls will take damage from the impact.
Visual upgrades have been made as well.
