I was generally comfortable using Godot. But a recent incident forced me to make the decision to migrate the game to RPG MAKER.
This meant sacrificing a bit more power, but still knowing the engine well.
New changes:
The game will opt for a shifting approach between 2.5D, first-person 3D, and visual novel modes.
I managed to create my own time-based system, so when a predator devours you, you can interact with it, fight, use items, and increase your relationship with it. "It's quite similar in principle to what Loneclaw created." However, I want it to be a foundation, not a copy. And this isn't the game's core mechanic either. (Compared to a more general understanding, it's more of a relationship system that lays the groundwork for giant, ghost, and other NPCs).
