Hey.
I contemplated not uploading anything at all, but then decided that I probably should share a build. The same goes for the report. I was this close to not sharing any updates, but here I am. Still going slow. Moving houses didn't help.
- Inspection dolls are now linked to characters in the player/counterpart parties;
- Added an item transfer slider (took way more time and effort than I’d like to admit);
- Introduced the exchange game mode (aka containers);
- Reworked the pointer-over-target recognition logic (had to manually tweak nearly all prefabs for this);
- Started working on the trade game mode. I have plans to make it more advanced than the last iteration. Namely, I want traders to only buy/sell items of a specific type, so that cooks can't buy your swords and stuff. Also, I want traders' affinity to affect buy/sell prices.
Aside from that, I want to add special hints for items, not like I had them in the previous game iteration, where I just added new strings, but an actual separate prefab with dividers, better layout, etc. Also, I want to work on crafting and party composition window before moving to the combat mode.
