Added PDF and high-res scans

• Added PDF of game text (typed by @teawoodleaf). Game is now accessible/readable. 
• Added high-quality scans of printable layout. Booklet is now printable. 

I would still like to tinker with the booklet to make sure it’s at its best. For everything else, there’s postmortems.
