Some bugfixes, and some traits for S3 so the update has at least some actual new content too :)

• Fixed Stormstruck not working (broke after introducing fletch)
• Fixed Vulture and Eagle arrow components not working properly
• Fixed Flint spending initiative to pick arrow parts
