v.1.0.3 - little bugfixes and tweaks

Just a little update:

• fixed volume controls not working properly (got broken by dynamic music)
• fixed a bug where camera would sometimes snap to Fyo in the woods instead of pan
• tweaked sounds in Seer's house to accommodate fixed volume controls
• small tweak to ending dialogue
