Here’s a new update on our game.
Since it’s a rogue-like, players can now earn special abilities. The hero gains a new ability by defeating all the enemies on the floor, while the villain (the mage) gets one by defeating the hero. This adds a more strategic layer to each match.
Enemies now flash red when they take damage. This small but impactful visual cue makes combat feel more dynamic and satisfying.
A new level has been added with three possible areas to explore, giving players more choices and replayability. We’ve also added an exciting boss fight level for an extra challenge!
We’ve added a proper credits screen to recognize everyone contributing to the game’s development.
We fixed several issues, including a strange bug where clicking on the hero would sometimes cause them to shrink and then grow back unexpectedly. That one was weird—but it’s gone now!
We’re now focusing on polishing the final details as we prepare to wrap up and say goodbye to this project. Thank you for following along!
