Quality of life improvements

A couple small but important updates!

• The game loads the window configuration before starting, preventing weird window jumps
• The game starts loading when the window is created, preventing further weird behavior
• Added "Ignore controllers" setting (must restart the game to take effect), to allow playing with Mouse and Keyboard without controllers interfering
