Build 0.7.43

Build 0.7.43 update release notes:

1. (UPDATE) ALL: Night vision now sees through 80% of the volumetric fog and dust, giving it more utility. NV Ehancer also boosts this effect to 90% (along with the color adjustments).
2. (UPDATE) MISSILES: NV Enhancer is now default loaded in missile wars so if you are having trouble seeing at night, you can use this (just press 4 as with standard NV).
3. (UPDATE) TOTAL CTF: Arch is back in the rotation (fixed a bug in it), with a heavy fog/dust effect in the back half of the day (NV Enhancer testing).
4. (UPDATE) TOTAL CTF: Auto repair now repairs 50% faster, since it only heals the armor pool.
5. (FIX) TOTAL CTF: Weapons tabbing issue fixed. Also, you may now rotate backwards through the weapons selection by holding Shift and pressing Tab. If you go backwards through the selection, this will affect what weapon it goes back to after one is used entirely.
