V1.1 bug fixes

The first bug fix update.

Fixed:

- A bug when returning to main menu caused neverending black screen;

- That dialogues could be skipped without playing;

- Pillar softlock in the third dream;

- That screen resolution resets every time scene changes, ignoring settings.
