Merchant inventory with tabs, new spell and more

Hi,

Version 0.9.6.3 has some exciting changes:

- Merchant has now inventory with tabs!

- Inf - changed outer world's border walls

- new Scroll/Book: Mirror Illusion – Summons a clone of yourself to confuse enemies.

- Resist are now NOT percentage (easy comparison to melee damage!)
