In 0.36 there are a bunch of new events.
One of which is Faye's Secret Lust. Where we see Faye start to lose control of her self by living around you. Your scent, warmth and being near by constantly overwhelms her with lust. She runs off to her room and gives in completely to a photo she carries of you on her phone lost in forbidden desire.

Also in 0.36 pregnancy is fully added. That said, I would not be surprised if there are bugs, I've tried to fix as many as I can find but I will make updates if anyone reports any bugs. Right now, you can only get five girls pregnant (only three repeatable atm) but the end goal is that every girl in the gallery roster you can impregnate with your seed if you want.
To help with that is alchemy, with new potions added you can use them to increase or decrease chances of pregnancy.
Lastly, I have added a repeatable sex scene with Lofi as she sneaks out to visit you in your room.
Just a small thing to add about myself. I have managed to save up enough money to upgrade my video card so with that hopefully I add more animations in the future (because legit, some animations I made took a full week to render). I just need to install the water blocks I have for them because those things can get hot. Philosophically I also want to make larger and longer scenes, I think that some scenes I might be rushing too fast for them and want to give them the quality and time to be fully fleshed out. For the next update I am taking a ten day vacation to visit family we do each year so there will be delays from that. I'll talk more on that when I talk about the next update in more detail.
