Hello, World Map! - Update v0.9.37

Hey rulers!

Today Warnament becomes a truly worldwide game! With no further ado, welcome the World Map, and all the joy it brings with it.

NB: Most of the new content is also available in Warnament's free Demo on Steam! Don't forget to add Warnament to your wishlist, too: this is the best way to show us that you're waiting for the game to come out, and provides us with superior motivation for releasing the game sooner!

v0.9.37 Released!

• Added a world map and a World War I scenario for it
• Improved performance on large maps
• Enhanced visuals on large maps (clouds, country border gradients, and coastlines)
• Fixed visual bugs when selecting a country in the new game menu
• Fixed minor bugs
