Update v0.3.1

Small update today: 

• I rewrote the autoload script, it’s much cleaner and readable while handeling a lot more. 
• Fixed a bug where the cursor could appear gigantic depending on the resolution. 
• Reworked the settings UI and added three buttons: default settings, reset save, and fullscreen. 
• Added a small blinking eye effect at the start of the daltonism effect.

There were 0 malus to unlock, so I added 2: 

• Angry Shot: really like the visual effect on this one. 
• Kick Shot: not super clear yet. I need to add a way to show which bonus is active during a round. 

I still have some ideas for other, but I need to brainstorm for fun maluses
