Tactiquest playtest 1.4

1.4 has been released. It contains: 

• The new Sage class, a knowledge-focused scholarly utility class
• Rules for handling Followers
• A large number of new perks for existing classes, primarily for the classes with the lowest number of perks
• A large number of new monsters, as well as more useful guidance for making custom monsters
• Various other improvements, clarifications and tweaks
