Unity package v1.1, apartment objects standalone

The Unity URP package v1.1 updates:

• added empty room scenes
• made adjustments to the blinds
• misc texture fixes

Also, standalone "apartment objects" meshes have been added which use their own cleaned up UV textures. These are better to use if you want to use the apartment objects in different rooms.
