Performance Improvements and More

This new update's patch notes:

-Several performance improvement efforts. Sorry for letting it get even worse so quickly.

-Optimised the resolution scale in settings to lag less when you're sliding it.

-Added a "720p gifs" toggle to the Yanvar section of settings, note that it will take up double as much space and take longer to export.

-Fixed thrown darts not triggering the dartboard.

-Tried to reduce the crash rate on Paintball game end. A proper fix is still being investigated so treat this as a band-aid fix.
