Hey everyone! Here's what's new this week from the Heroes development cave:
We've added a completely anonymous feedback form focused on how Heroes makes you feel. Since we're building this game to help players decompress, your thoughts are vital to shaping its future. Take a moment and let us know what’s working (or not)!

We’ve started implementing the player inventory system! This will let you carry key items, weapons, and puzzle pieces across levels — crucial for deeper gameplay and a few surprises we’ll reveal soon.
Levels 1 and 2 are getting a glow-up. We’ve been working on:
Ambient soundscapes
Reactive lighting
Sound effects for attacks, footsteps, environment cues
This is about immersion — we want you to feel in the world, not just playing it.
Our next dungeon zone is underway. Expect:
New tile sets
A custom drainage puzzle mechanic
Atmospheric lighting
And... something that glows 👀
